The Feed and Fodder

Our commitment to cow well-being is evident in our meticulously prepared farm diet, which includes organically cultivated greens and specially crafted fodder. We ensure that every morsel is free of insecticides, pesticides, or chemicals. Our Total Meal Ration approach combines various components, including forages, grains, protein feeds, minerals, vitamins and provide a balanced and enriching diet. The Milking Parlour

• The farm's innovation lies in its cutting-edge technology, including the state-of-the-art 2 X 12 DeLaval parlour, which combines precision and efficiency. This sophisticated machine records cow position and collects valuable information for comprehensive management. The DeLaval parlour transforms milking into an orchestrated spectacle, with cows participating in a choreography harmonized by machines. Milk is then chilled to an exacting 4ºC using PHE pipelines, preserving its purity and ensuring richness in every drop. The farm is not just a haven for cows; it's a playground for innovation, blending technology and tradition to provide excellence.

Treating The Milk

• The Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) technology at our farm revolutionizes milk cooling, ensuring purity and taste. It performs this task in seconds, reducing bacteria and ensuring quality. The chilled milk undergoes pasteurization, solidifying its safety without boiling, transforming it into a nutritious and secure drink. The pristine milk is then preserved in specially designed gabletop packaging , showcasing our commitment to technology and enhancing lives.
